  • Academic Tutors Needed for AVID, support classes and Writing Center
    High-performing 10th and 11th graders are needed as Academic Tutors for every class period next year, even tutorial! AVID, sheltered, English and Algebra support classes, and the Writing Center are looking for Academic Tutors - being bilingual is a plus. You could earn 10 elective credits, and have "Academic Tutor" noted on your transcript. Counselors and administration will mention your participation in letters of recommendation. You will be given Priority Scheduling for your classes next school year to fit Academic Tutoring along with your other requests. See your counselors for additional questions and to apply.
